Students have Physical Education once a week in the upper elementary. It is important that students come to school with gym shoes on their gym day. Please contact me regarding your student's medical or physical issues as they might change throughout the year.
In the event a student does not participate due to illness or injury, A parent note is required to excuse the student. A student will recieve a zero for PE until I recieve the parental note.
Emergency card
Each student should have an emergency card on file in the main office. It is necessary for your child to have an emergency card on file in the main office in order for your child to participate in physical education.
Concussion Form
Each student should have a concussion form on file in the main office. It is necessary for your child to have a concussion form on file in the main office in order for your child to participate in physical education. The concussion form offers a few things. 1. The form helps you understand the risks involved in participating in physical education, 2. It provides you with signs and symptoms of a concussion if you ever suspect someone might have a concussion, and 3. the form also helps you plan the needed actions to take if you suspect a concussion might have occurred.
